At Nuvó we have at heart every single guest and during the closing period we have adopted a series of extra safety and hygiene measures:

• in the common areas there are notices that provide information on the best hygiene practices to be adopted; 
• all surfaces in the common areas are disinfected and cleaned several times a day as per the national protocol; 
• we have increased daily cleaning in the points of greatest contact such as the door handles; 
• we have implemented the rule of maintaining the safety distance in the common areas and in the breakfast room; 
• disinfectant gels are available in the common areas; 
• our collaborators all wear masks and gloves and the temperature control takes place at the beginning of each shift. In addition, they have all been correctly trained regarding the rules to be adopted during the emergency and to provide social distancing to encourage them, we have increased the use of technology to support the interaction between them; 
• please reduce the time spent at the reception, all information they can be requested via whatsapp; 
• guests are asked to move around the hotel with a protective mask
