Pausilypon Napoli
Pausylipon is an archaeological and natural sanctuary in the Posillipo neighbourhood of Naples. Its name comes to the Greek, meaning “relief from pain”, and was given it by Publius Vedius Pollio, a Roman aristocrat, who used it as an isolation house from politics and wars. In the park you can visit the Seiano cave, the underwater park of Gaiola and the imperial villa.
